**Clevidipine for Antihypertensive Treatment of Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage**
This study aims to compare how fast patients with a brain bleed (Intracerebral Hemorrhage, or ICH) can lower their high blood pressure (hypertension) using either the medication *clevidipine* or another similar treatment. **Clevidipine** is an intravenous (IV) medicine, meaning it is given through a vein to quickly lower blood pressure.
**Key Points:**
- **Duration and Follow-up:** Participants will be monitored for 90 and 180 days to see if their blood pressure stabilizes and to check for any improvement or issues.
- **Eligibility:** Participants must be 18-99 years old, have high blood pressure between 150 and 220 mmHg, and show signs of a stroke. They should be treated within 12 hours of symptoms starting.
- **Exclusions:** People are excluded if they can't remember when symptoms began, have certain medical conditions like tumors or severe allergies, or are pregnant.
Participants will need to give consent to join and continue with follow-up visits. The purpose is to find the best way to quickly control blood pressure in these emergency situations.
