This research is looking at a new medicine called LY4065967 to see if it's safe and works well for people with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP). DPNP is a type of pain that happens when nerves are damaged by diabetes, usually in the feet and legs. This study is part of a larger project to find new ways to help people with ongoing pain.
Eligibility: You can join if you have diabetes and nerve pain in your legs for at least 6 months. Your diabetes should be well-managed, and your weight should not be too high. You cannot join if you are pregnant or have other pain that isn't from diabetes, or if you've had a foot removed because of diabetes.
