This study tests a drug called LY4065967 to see if it helps with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP), a type of pain from nerve damage due to diabetes. DPNP usually affects the legs and feet and can feel like burning or tingling. Eligible participants should have diabetes (type 1 or 2) and a specific kind of nerve pain for at least 6 months. They should have controlled blood sugar (HbA1c < 11%) and a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or less. Not eligible if pregnant, have other pain sources, have had a lower limb amputation, or have certain heart problems. The study checks if the drug is safe and effective.
