A Study to Investigate Safety and Efficacy of Tapinarof Cream, 1% in Participants Ages 3 Months to < 24 Months With Atopic Dermatitis

This study is for babies and toddlers aged 3 to 23 months with a skin condition called atopic dermatitis, which causes itchy and red skin. Researchers want to see if a cream called tapinarof, at a 1% concentration, is safe and helps improve the skin condition.

To join, your child must be full-term (born at least 37 weeks into pregnancy) and have atopic dermatitis covering more than 5% of their body. The study involves several visits to see how well the cream works and monitor any side effects. If your child has certain health issues, like a serious illness or is taking certain medications, they may not be eligible.

  • Study duration: Check with the study team for exact length.
  • Visits: Several required for monitoring.
  • Risks: Possible side effects from the cream.
