This study is looking at two different combinations of drugs to treat a type of blood cancer called Multiple Myeloma, which affects white blood cells. The study compares how well two treatments work for people who can't have a special procedure called an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT). This procedure uses a person's own stem cells to replace damaged cells. The first treatment is called BRd, which includes Belantamab Mafodotin, Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone. The second treatment is DRd, which includes Daratumumab, Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and meet health criteria like good heart health and no recent major surgeries.
  • The study will last several months, and participants will need to visit the study site regularly.
  • Participants will be monitored for side effects and will need to use birth control during the study.
