Phase 4

TIVDAK is a medicine used to treat cervical cancer that has come back after chemotherapy, which is a treatment using drugs to kill cancer cells or stop them from growing. The goal of this study is to find out if TIVDAK causes any side effects, especially those related to the eyes. A side effect is something the medicine does to your body that is not related to treating the disease.

Participants in this study will receive TIVDAK through an infusion, which means it will be injected into a vein, once every three weeks. They will have eye tests before starting treatment, before each of the first nine doses, and monthly for three months after stopping TIVDAK. The treatment will continue as long as it is effective against the cancer.

  • Participants need to be available for regular eye check-ups.
  • TIVDAK must be a suitable treatment as advised by a doctor.
  • Participants need to use effective contraception during the study.
