**Study Overview:**
Multiple Myeloma (MM) is a type of blood cancer affecting plasma cells often located in bones and bone marrow. This research aims to test new drugs, **Etentamig** and **ABBV-2001**, for treating MM. The study has 6 parts and involves two main phases: **dose escalation** (increasing doses to find the right amount) and **dose expansion** (testing the found dose in more people). In parts 1-4, participants receive Etentamig alone or with other drugs, while in parts 5-6, they receive ABBV-2001 with other drugs.
**Key Points:**
- The study will last **about 130 months**, and participants will visit the hospital regularly for check-ups.
- **602 adult participants** will be enrolled across **75 locations worldwide**.
- This trial might have more treatment demands compared to usual care.
**Eligibility Requirements:** Participants should have a confirmed diagnosis of MM and meet specific health performance criteria. They should not have active brain involvement of MM or active infections. Regular medical assessments, blood tests, and questionnaires will monitor the treatment's effects.
