Phase N/A

Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is a disease where the body can't make insulin, a hormone that helps manage sugar levels. This study looks at how sleep affects T1D management. People with T1D often struggle with sleep, which can make managing their blood sugar harder. The study tests a special program called CB-sleep, which aims to improve sleep and help manage diabetes better. Participants will be split into two groups: one will try CB-sleep, and the other will get regular care. The study lasts 9 months and includes completing questionnaires and wearing devices to track sleep and sugar levels.

  • Study Duration: 9 months with check-ins at 3, 6, and 9 months.
  • Participants: 18-40 years old with T1D for at least 1 year.
  • Exclusions: Non-English speakers and those with very low or high A1C.
