Phase 1

This study is looking at a new drug called EVOLVE104 to see if it is safe and works well in people with certain advanced cancers. Advanced cancers are cancers that have spread and are harder to treat. The study is for people who have already tried other treatments or cannot take standard medicines. The study has two parts: Phase 1a to find the best dose, and Phase 1b to see how well it works in more people. They plan to include about 160 people. Participants will take the medication for about 10 months or until the cancer gets worse or other reasons like side effects.

  • **Study lasts about 10 months**
  • **About 160 people will participate**
  • **Participants must have specific types of advanced cancer**

To join, you need to have progressed in your disease after other treatments and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months. You also need to be able to undergo certain medical tests and agree to use birth control if needed. You cannot join if you have other serious health issues or certain other active infections.
