This study looks at how well certain vaccines protect against meningitis B (MenB) in young adults. Meningitis B is a serious infection that can cause swelling in the brain and spinal cord. The study is for people who have already had a different MenB vaccine. Researchers want to know if the new vaccine helps protect against key MenB bacteria and how strong the immune response is after the shot. The study involves getting a shot and checking the immune response before and 28 days after vaccination.
- Study Duration: Participants will need to be available for all study visits.
- Eligibility: Only those in good health, previously vaccinated, and women not pregnant can join.
- Risks: Those with certain health conditions or recent vaccine history may not be eligible.
The trial will test two vaccines: MenB-FHbp (Trumenba) and MenACWY-TT/MenB-FHbp (Penbraya). The goal is to see how many people are protected and how strong the protection is. Remember, if you have questions or want to join, talk to your doctor!
