MenB-FHbp or MenACWY-TT/MenB-FHbp Vaccine in MenB-4C Primed Young Adults

This study is about testing a new vaccine to protect young adults against meningitis B, a serious illness caused by bacteria. Meningitis can lead to swelling of the brain or infection in the blood. The study is looking at two vaccines, MenB-FHbp (Trumenba) and MenACWY-TT/MenB-FHbp (Penbraya), for people who already got the MenB-4C (Bexsero) vaccine before. The goal is to see how well these new vaccines work in boosting the immune system to fight off the bacteria.

  • Duration: The study includes several visits for assessments and vaccine administration over a period of weeks.
  • Eligibility: Participants must have received the MenB-4C vaccine at least 2.5 years prior and be in good health.
  • Risks: Possible risks include common vaccine side effects and rare allergic reactions.

To join, you should be between 16-23 years, not be pregnant, and not have received certain vaccines recently. Participants must also be available for all study visits and willing to follow study procedures.
