Study Summary: This research is about helping teens with asthma improve their sleep using an app called PATH-S. The study has two groups: one uses the app with educational materials, and the other uses a version without these materials. Teens will take surveys before and after using the app for 28 days to see if their sleep improves.

  • The study lasts 28 days.
  • No physical visits are needed; everything is online.
  • Participants need a smartphone to use the app.

Who can join? Teens aged 14 to 17 with asthma who can speak English, have internet access, and live in the U.S. There are no exclusions, meaning anyone meeting these criteria can join. The study aims to see if the app helps teens learn more about sleep, feel less sleepy, and feel more confident in improving their sleep habits.
