Study Overview: This study is for people with a type of cancer called multiple myeloma. The goal is to see how well two new drug combinations work compared to an existing treatment. The new combinations include a drug called teclistamab with daratumumab and lenalidomide (Tec-DR), and talquetamab with daratumumab and lenalidomide (Tal-DR). The existing treatment is daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (DRd).

Eligibility: You can join if you have been newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and are not a candidate for certain high-dose treatments due to age or health conditions. You need a performance status score (how well you can perform daily activities) between 0 and 2, and must agree to avoid pregnancy or fathering a child during and after the study.
