This study is about collecting blood samples from people who have had a kidney transplant. The goal is to help researchers develop a new test that doesn't involve surgery to check how well the transplanted kidney is doing. The test looks for something called donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA), which are tiny pieces of the donor's DNA found in the blood of the person who received the kidney. This study is happening at multiple centers and will gather blood at the time of a necessary medical test called a biopsy.
- Participants must be 18 years or older and have had a kidney transplant.
- You can't join if you're pregnant or recently had a blood transfusion.
