Study of BHV-1400 in IgA Nephropathy
IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) is a kidney disease caused by the buildup of a protein called immunoglobulin A (IgA) in the kidneys. This study is testing a new medicine, BHV-1400, to see if it is safe and can be tolerated by people with IgAN. Participants must have a confirmed IgAN diagnosis from a kidney biopsy, which is a small sample of kidney tissue checked under a microscope. If you have a different kidney disease or cause of kidney problems, you cannot join.
- The study checks if BHV-1400 is safe for people with IgAN.
- Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of IgAN.
- Other kidney diseases or causes exclude participation.
