This study focuses on a medication called icotrokinra for people with Crohn's Disease (CD), which is a condition that causes swelling in the digestive tract. The study aims to check how well icotrokinra works and its safety for people with moderate to severe CD.

To join, participants must have had a CD diagnosis for at least 12 weeks. They should show moderate to severe symptoms based on certain scores, and women must have a negative pregnancy test. Some people cannot join, like those with certain complications that might need surgery.
