Phase N/A

This study aims to check how safe and effective the JenaValve Trilogy™ Heart Valve System is for people who need a heart valve replacement. This involves a procedure called transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), which is a way to replace a heart valve without surgery. It's meant for patients who have a continuous flow left ventricular assist device (cfLVAD), which is a pump that helps the heart move blood, and have a problem called aortic regurgitation (AR), where the heart valve doesn't close properly.

  • Participants must be 18 or older and have specific heart conditions.
  • Participants will need to attend follow-up visits after the procedure.
  • Participants cannot join if they have certain other heart issues or are in a different study.

Before joining, patients should talk to their doctor to understand the potential risks and benefits. This study requires consent, which means agreeing to all the follow-up and testing needed.
