**Study Summary:**
The **FASTEST Part 2 Trial** is looking at a treatment for a type of stroke called **intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH)**, where bleeding occurs inside the brain. This study is testing a drug called **recombinant Factor VIIa (rFVIIa)** to see if it can help stop the bleeding when given quickly after a stroke starts. They believe this treatment might help people recover better after 90 days. Participants will be chosen randomly to receive either rFVIIa or a placebo (a look-alike but inactive treatment), along with the best standard care.
**Key Points:**
- **Study Duration:** Approximately 3½ years, with follow-ups at 30, 90, and 180 days.
- **Participation:** Up to 350 people from several countries; participants must get treatment within 120 minutes of stroke onset.
- **Compensation:** Participants will not pay for the study medication.
This study uses special emergency consent rules to start treatment as soon as possible. If you join, you will have a CT scan of your brain and follow-ups to see how your health progresses. Participants must be aged 18-80 and meet specific health criteria.
