Phase 3

Crohn's Disease (CD) is a condition where the digestive system gets swollen and causes pain. This study is testing a new medicine called duvakitug to see if it helps people with bad CD feel better. The study is long, lasting up to 35 weeks, and has three parts. Each part can last up to 12 weeks, and participants will have several visits to the research site. There is also a 6-week follow-up period after the study.

  • Length of Study: Lasts up to 35 weeks.
  • Visits Needed: Up to 15 visits depending on which part of the study you join.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18-80 years old and have moderate to severe CD.

Participants need to have CD for at least 3 months and should have tried other treatments that didn't work well. If you have other conditions like Ulcerative Colitis (UC) or certain past treatments, you might not be able to join. The study helps doctors understand if duvakitug is safe and effective for treating CD.
