This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of the *Argá Medtech CSE Ablation System*, a device used to treat atrial fibrillation (AF), which is a heart condition causing an irregular and often rapid heart rate. This study is for people who have a type of AF that does not improve with medication. Participants will undergo a procedure to target the pulmonary veins, which are linked to AF.

To join, you should be between 18 and 80 years old, have been diagnosed with AF that doesn’t respond to certain medications, and be willing to follow the study schedule. You cannot join if you have other heart conditions, severe health issues, or if you are pregnant.
