Phase 1/2

This research study is testing a new vaccine for acne, a common skin condition that causes pimples. The vaccine uses something called mRNA, which helps the body fight acne. Participants, aged 18-45, will receive up to three shots of the vaccine to see how safe and effective it is.

The study has two parts: a main study and an optional long-term follow-up. The main study tests different doses of the vaccine, while the long-term part checks the effects over 30 more months. People joining the study should be generally healthy and have moderate to severe facial acne, with specific numbers of different types of pimples.

However, if you have an immune system problem, allergies to vaccine ingredients, or other certain conditions, you cannot join. Also, you must not have had any recent vaccinations or treatments that could affect the study.

  • Study duration includes an optional 30-month follow-up.
  • Participants will get up to three vaccine shots.
  • Some health conditions or recent vaccinations can disqualify you.
