This study is about a new medicine called **PF-08052667** for people with bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle layer. The study checks how PF-08052667 works alone or with other medicines like **BCG (Bacillus Calmette Guerin)** and **sasanlimab**. BCG is a treatment often used for bladder cancer.
The study has three parts:
- Part 1 tries PF-08052667 by itself.
- Part 2 tries it with BCG and/or sasanlimab.
- Part 3 finds the best way to use these medicines.

Adults aged 18 or older with certain types of bladder cancer can join. They should have cancer that didn't go away after standard treatments or can't get standard treatments. People with other active infections or certain health problems can't join.
