This study is about testing a medicine called povetacicept for people with a kidney problem called primary membranous nephropathy (pMN). This condition affects the kidneys and can cause them to not work properly. The study will look at how well povetacicept works, how safe it is, and how well people feel when taking it. To join, you need to have a confirmed diagnosis of pMN, which means you must have had a test called a biopsy that shows you have this condition. If you haven't had a biopsy before, one will be done during the study's screening process. You cannot participate if you are allergic to the study medicine or its ingredients.
- Participation involves: Having a biopsy if not already done to confirm pMN.
- Eligibility: Diagnosed with pMN and no allergies to the study medicine.
- Study Focus: Evaluating the effects and safety of povetacicept.
