Phase 3

This study is for people 50 years or older with a specific eye problem called macular neovascularization (MNV) due to age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). Participants will receive a treatment called a single Intravitreal (IVT) injection of 4D-150, which is an injection directly into the eye. This study is Phase 3, meaning it’s in the last testing stage to check if the treatment works well and is safe.

To join, your eye condition should either be new or treated with no more than four similar injections before. People with other eye issues or certain health conditions cannot participate.

  • The study involves random assignment to different treatment groups, but neither you nor the doctor will know which group you are in (double-masked).
  • Participants will need to attend several visits for monitoring and testing their eye health.
  • Risks may include typical side effects from eye injections or related complications.
