This research is looking at the long-term safety of a medicine called NBI-1117568 for adults who have schizophrenia, which is a mental disorder affecting how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. Participants must have schizophrenia and live in stable housing. They cannot take certain medications while in the study and must not have allergies to the study drug.
