This study is looking at how safe a new medicine, called NBI-1117568, is for adults who have schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a condition that can affect how a person thinks, feels, and acts. To join this study, you need to have schizophrenia as your main health issue and live in a stable home. You can't take part if you're allergic to the study medicine, have an uncontrolled health problem, or have certain substance use issues. Also, you can't be taking any other antipsychotic medications when joining the study.
