This study is looking at a new treatment called LY4257496 for people with certain types of cancer, like breast, colorectal, prostate, and endometrial cancer. The goal is to see if LY4257496 is safe, how well it works alone or with regular cancer treatments, and to find out more about a protein called Gastrin-releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR) linked to these cancers. This study is split into two parts and can last up to 36 weeks, or until the cancer gets worse.
- The study might require you to make several clinic visits and undergo imaging tests like CT or MRI.
- You'll be checked for a specific protein, GRPR, to see if you're eligible.
- Participants must manage outpatient treatments and monitoring during the study.
