This research aims to test a new medicine, **Ibuzatrelvir**, for adults with COVID-19 who have weakened immune systems, known as being _immunocompromised_. The study will see if Ibuzatrelvir is safe and effective when used alone or with another medicine called **Remdesivir**, which is given via an intravenous (IV) line. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either just Remdesivir, just Ibuzatrelvir, or both medicines together. The study will last about 24 weeks, involving around 10 visits to the study clinic for tests and questionnaires.
