Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health (CCSH) for Teams is a study involving healthcare workers to reduce burnout and improve well-being. The study focuses on mindfulness (paying attention to the present moment) and compassion (caring for oneself and others).

Participants will join groups and meet every other week for 60 minutes, totaling 4 sessions over 8 weeks. The study will compare two groups: one receiving the CCSH team intervention and another continuing with their usual treatment (TAU). Researchers will collect data using surveys and recordings to see if the intervention helps.

This study is for full-time employees at specific cancer centers and hospitals. The entire study period, including data collection, will last about 22-23 weeks.

  • The study involves 4 sessions over 8 weeks, with each session lasting 60 minutes.
  • Participants will be divided into groups of 8-12 people.
  • Data collection will take place at three different times during the study.
