**Study Overview:**
This study is for children aged 4 to 7 with amblyopia, also known as "lazy eye." Amblyopia means that one eye doesn't see as well as the other, even with glasses or contact lenses. The study compares two treatments to help the weaker eye: one using a special headset called the Luminopia headset to watch movies/shows for 1 hour a day, 6 days a week, and another using an eye patch on the stronger eye for 2 hours every day. The goal is to see which method improves the weaker eye's vision better over 26 weeks.
**Eligibility:**
1. Children must be between ages 4 and 7.
2. The weaker eye should have a vision level between 20/40 and 20/200.
3. Children should not have had more than 2 weeks of similar treatment before or used special eye drops recently.
**Key Points:**
- Participation lasts up to 52 weeks, with visits at weeks 13, 26, 39, and 52.
- Children will either wear a headset or use an eye patch as part of the treatment.
- Parents or guardians must agree to the study rules and random selection of treatment.
