This study is exploring new treatment combinations for people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). NSCLC is a type of lung cancer that grows and spreads slowly. The study is Phase II, meaning it focuses on how safe the treatments are and how well they work. The study is "open-label," so both doctors and patients know which treatments are being given. It will take place in about 80 centers across 10 countries.
There will be three sub-studies, each testing different treatments. Some of these involve medications called "rilvegostomig" and "ramucirumab." The study will have two parts: Part A checks safety, and Part B looks at how well the treatment works.
- Length: The study will last for several months, depending on individual response.
- Visits: Participants will need to visit the study center regularly for check-ups and treatments.
- Risks: There may be side effects, and some people might not be able to join due to health conditions.
