Phase 3
**Study of Casdatifan and Cabozantinib for Kidney Cancer Treatment** This study is for adults with advanced kidney cancer, called clear cell Renal Cell Carcinoma, who have tried other treatments that didn't work. The study compares a new drug, casdatifan, with a placebo (a fake treatment) when each is combined with cabozantinib, another medication. The goal is to see which combination helps patients live longer without the cancer getting worse. Renal Cell Carcinoma is a type of kidney cancer. "Progression-free survival" (PFS) means the time during which the cancer does not grow. A "placebo" is like a sugar pill, used to see if the real drug works better. Patients must have a good health score, measurable cancer, and not be pregnant to join. They cannot have certain health issues or have taken similar drugs before. **Key Points:** - **Study Length:** Enroll and participate as long as the treatment works and is safe for you. - **Visits Needed:** Regular doctor visits for check-ups and tests are required. - **Risks & Benefits:** There might be side effects; benefits include possible better control of cancer. This study may not be suitable for everyone. Please discuss with your doctor if interested.
