Study Overview: This study looks at how a special machine called a whole-body vibration (WBV) machine can help people with knee osteoarthritis (OA), which is a painful condition where the knee joint wears down over time. The machine gently shakes your whole body, like a gentle massage, to see if it can help reduce knee pain and inflammation in people aged 40-75 years.

What to Expect: The study lasts for 12 weeks, and you'll use the WBV machine at home. Researchers believe this might help your knee feel better and improve blood flow by reducing inflammation, which is when your body gets swollen and sore. WBV is safe and has been used in other health conditions like obesity and diabetes.

  • **Participation:** 12 weeks using a WBV machine at home.
  • **Eligibility:** Must be 40-75 years old with knee pain for at least 6 months.
  • **Exclusions:** Includes balance issues, epilepsy, or recent knee surgery.

If you meet the requirements and are interested, this could be an opportunity to try a new approach to managing knee pain.
