Phase 2

This study is for people who are already taking a medicine called niraparib. Niraparib is used to help treat cancer, and this study aims to find out more about its long-term safety. You can join if you're already in a study sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline or TESARO and are benefiting from niraparib.

  • The study gives you continued access to niraparib to learn more about how safe it is for a long time.
  • You must agree to follow the study rules, like attending scheduled visits and using contraception if you're of childbearing potential.
  • You cannot join if you've had to stop niraparib for health reasons, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

All participants need to understand and agree to the study procedures by signing a consent form. If you have any unresolved health issues from niraparib use in your current study, you might have to wait until these are resolved before joining. Remember, if you're expecting to have a baby soon or are breastfeeding, you should not participate.
