In this study, people with episodic migraine (a type of headache that comes and goes) will get injections of either Xeomin (a medication) or a Placebo (a fake treatment) in their head and neck muscles. The goal is to see if Xeomin can reduce the number of migraine days each month compared to the Placebo.

• Length: The study lasts about a year (52-55 weeks).
• Visits: Participants will have 14 visits, with some in person and others by phone or video.
• Injections: Four treatments are given, each about 12 weeks apart.

To join, you must have had episodic migraines for at least a year, be under 50 when your migraines started, and have specific headache patterns.
