Phase 3
This study is testing Xeomin® injections to see if they help reduce the number of migraine days for people with episodic migraines. **Episodic migraines** are headaches that happen sometimes, not all the time. People in the study will receive injections of either Xeomin or a **Placebo** (a substance with no active medicine) in the head and neck muscles. The aim is to check if Xeomin reduces migraine days more than the Placebo. **Key Points:** - The study lasts 52 to 55 weeks, with 14 visits, including both on-site and remote check-ins. - Participants must have had migraines for over a year and experience 6-14 migraine days per month. - Some past or current migraine treatments might disqualify you from participating. Anyone with certain types of migraines or taking more than one migraine prevention medication can't join this study. Participants will be closely monitored to ensure safety and effectiveness. This trial could help find better ways to prevent migraines for many people.
