This study tests if Xeomin® injections can reduce chronic migraines. Chronic migraines are headaches that happen a lot, usually at least 15 days a month. In this trial, some people will get Xeomin injections, and others will get a Placebo (a fake treatment). Xeomin and Placebo will be injected into head and neck muscles. Over 52 to 55 weeks, participants will have 14 visits: 6 at the study site and 8 remotely through calls. There will be 4 Xeomin or Placebo treatments, with each shot spaced about 12 weeks apart.
- Duration: The study lasts about a year, with 4 treatment sessions.
- Visits: 14 visits total; some require travel, others are via phone/video.
- Eligibility: You need to have chronic migraines and meet certain criteria.
Participants must not have certain other headache types or use multiple migraine medications. If you want to join, you should have had migraines for at least a year and be able to tell your migraines apart from other headaches.
