Phase 3

Prismocitrate 18 is used for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) to help kidneys work better and to stop blood clots during the treatment. The PrisMax System helps manage how much citrate and calcium is given. Citrate is a type of salt that helps prevent clotting, and calcium is a mineral our body needs.

This study is checking if Prismocitrate 18 is safe for patients using CRRT. The study will last up to 10 days for each patient. People who can join need to be 18 or older, need CRRT, and not have serious liver problems or allergies to citrate.

  • The study lasts up to 10 days.
  • Participants need to be at least 18 years old.
  • Patients with certain health conditions cannot take part.
