This study is about testing a new medicine called sacituzumab tirumotecan alone or with another medicine, pembrolizumab, for treating a tough type of breast cancer known as triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The goal is to find out if these medicines help people live longer without their cancer getting worse compared to regular chemotherapy.

Eligibility: This study looks for people whose cancer came back and can't be removed by surgery.
