This study tests a new way to treat recurrent glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer. The blood-brain barrier (BBB) is like a shield around the brain that blocks harmful substances, but it also stops many medicines from reaching the brain. SonoCloud-9 (SC9) is a device using sound waves to open the BBB so more medicine can reach the tumor. Carboplatin is a chemotherapy used to treat cancer, but it struggles to cross the BBB. This study will see if using SC9 with carboplatin helps more medicine reach and treat the brain tumor effectively.
