Phase N/A

This study is about a special exercise program for women who have survived gynecologic cancer, like uterine or ovarian cancer. The program uses the internet to let you exercise at home, which can help improve symptoms like pain, tiredness, and feeling sad. The exercise might also help the gut microbiome, which is the good bacteria in your stomach. Participants will meet with a trainer online using Zoom for a 30-minute exercise session twice a week for 12 weeks. A trainer will guide you as you walk, and you can choose the time and place that suits you best. This program is designed to be easy and affordable, encouraging more cancer survivors to stay active and feel better.

  • 12-week online exercise program, 2 sessions per week.
  • Open to women 18+ who have completed cancer treatment.
  • Not suitable for those with serious health conditions or certain chronic diseases.
