Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a skin condition that causes painful bumps under the skin. This study looks at how a cream called ruxolitinib works for people with HS. It's for adults and teenagers who have had HS for at least 6 months. Participants must have HS in at least 3 different body areas and agree not to use other HS treatments during the study. They must also agree to not get pregnant or father a child during the study.

Participants cannot join if they have other skin problems that might confuse the results, or if they have certain health issues like heart disease or cancer. Some blood test results might also disqualify a person.

  • The study involves applying ruxolitinib cream to the skin.
  • Participants must attend visits to monitor health and progress.
  • There are guidelines to prevent pregnancy during the study.
