All
Phase 3

This study is about trying a new medicine called dupilumab for young children with a food pipe problem called eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). EoE makes it hard to eat and get the nutrients you need. The study will give the medicine to kids for 24 weeks to see if it's safe and helps them. To be in the study, kids need to have EoE symptoms and be between 6 months and 15 kilograms in weight.

  • Study lasts 24 weeks with regular check-ups.
  • Kids will have blood tests to see how the medicine works.
  • Some children may have side effects from the medicine.

Kids cannot join if they have used dupilumab before or have certain other health problems. They also can't change their diet right before or during the study. The study is trying to find out how much of the medicine is in the blood at different times and if the body makes anything that stops the medicine from working well.
