Phase 3

This study looks at how well a medicine called Deucravacitinib (BMS-986165) works in teenagers with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, which is a skin disease with thick, red patches. To join, you must have had stable plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months. You should have a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score of 12 or more, which is a way doctors measure how severe your psoriasis is. Girls must not be pregnant and should use effective birth control if needed.

Key Points:

  • The study lasts several weeks, and you must not have had any serious infections or vaccinations recently.
  • You cannot join if you have other types of psoriasis or skin conditions.
  • The medicine is not allowed if you've tried it before or have certain health issues.

Participants must weigh at least 30 kg (about 66 pounds) and should not have had certain infections or diseases recently. If you meet the requirements, this study could help doctors learn more about how to treat psoriasis in teens.
