Graves' Disease is a condition where the immune system attacks the thyroid, causing it to make too much thyroid hormone. This study is testing a new medicine called BHV-1300 to see if it's safe and how it affects certain signs in the body related to Graves' Disease. To join, you need to have been diagnosed with Graves' Disease through a blood test. You cannot join if you've had other thyroid problems or treatments like surgery or radioactive iodine in the past. Participants will be monitored to ensure the treatment's safety and effectiveness.
