Phase N/A
This study aims to see how safe and effective the FARAPULSE PFA System is for treating people with persistent atrial fibrillation (PersAF), a condition where the heart has an irregular beat. The study uses two special tools called FARAWAVE™ and FARAPOINT™ catheters, which help correct the heart's rhythm by sending electrical pulses. **Key Points:** - The study is open to those who are at least 18 years old and have had one prior procedure for atrial fibrillation that did not work. Participants must be able to attend all follow-up appointments. - You cannot join if you have specific heart conditions or other health issues like severe heart valve problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure. - The study does not allow those with certain recent medical events, like heart attacks or strokes, or those with severe lung or kidney issues. This study is important for people who want another chance to improve their heart rhythm after previous treatments haven't been successful. Participants should be ready for multiple visits and must meet strict health criteria.
