Phase 1/2

This clinical trial is testing a new drug called WTX-330 for adults with advanced cancers (tumors or lymphoma). The study aims to see how safe and tolerable WTX-330 is at different doses. It also checks if the drug can help fight tumors and improve patients' survival. Participants will first be part of a phase to find the right dose and regimen, and then move to a phase where the effects of the drug are closely observed.

  • The study may require multiple visits to the clinic for drug administration and monitoring.
  • Participants must be 18 or older and have certain types of advanced cancer.
  • There are some risks involved, including possible side effects from the drug.

To join, participants should not have had certain treatments before and must meet specific health criteria, like good organ function. They also need to agree to use birth control during and after the study if they can have children.
