The FLOTILLA study is a clinical trial to let people continue taking two study medicines, encorafenib and binimetinib, if they were part of earlier trials and are still benefiting. These medicines are used in cancer treatments. This study is for people who were already in previous trials with these medicines and are doing well. Participants will keep taking the same doses for up to 5 years. It's called an open-label study, meaning both the doctors and participants know what medicine is being given. It's organized under a Master Protocol, which is like a big plan with smaller parts for each previous trial. About 75 people will join from different past studies.
- Participants can continue using the medicines if they are still benefiting.
- The study lasts up to 5 years with the same treatment routine.
- Participants must follow special rules, like reproductive guidelines, as outlined.
