Phase 4

The **FLOTILLA study** is for people who used the medicines encorafenib and/or binimetinib in earlier studies. These medicines are for treating certain cancers. If you joined a previous study and are still benefiting from these medicines, your doctor might say you can join FLOTILLA. However, if you stopped treatment before, you cannot join this study. The study allows you to keep receiving the medicines at the same dose for up to 5 years.

Some key points to consider:

  • **Duration:** You can be in the study for up to 5 years.
  • **Eligibility:** Must have participated in a previous study and still benefit from the treatment.
  • **Safety:** No severe side effects should be present to continue participation.

This study is open-label, meaning both you and the doctors know what medicines you are taking. It's part of a larger plan to continue offering these medicines to those who need them. Remember, you need to follow specific guidelines about health and safety to be part of this study.
