**Technology-enabled Management Versus Usual Care for Blood Pressure Study** This study explores new ways to manage high blood pressure using technology. *High blood pressure* means blood pushes too hard against the walls of your blood vessels, which can be harmful if not treated. The study has three main groups, called cohorts, who will be recruited differently. In each group, people are contacted in various ways, such as through texts, emails, or online ads, to see how they respond. **Key Points:** - **Duration & Visits:** The study has different phases across several months, with different methods of contact and recruitment. - **Diversity Focus:** Special attention is given to including diverse groups like African-American, Hispanic/Latino, and women. - **Compensation & Risks:** Participants may receive compensation, but the study does not state specific risks associated with participation. Participants must be 30 to 90 years old, own a smartphone, and have high blood pressure. They need to speak English or Spanish and not have certain medical conditions like heart failure or be pregnant. This study aims to improve how people are recruited for trials and how their blood pressure is managed using new technology.
