Phase 2

This study is trying to find out if a drug called LTG-001 can help with pain after an abdominoplasty, which is a tummy tuck surgery. Participants will take this drug twice a day for two days after their surgery while staying at the clinic. The study wants to know if the drug helps with pain and how safe it is during this time. After two weeks, participants will return for a check-up.

Here are some things to know:

  • Duration: You will stay in the clinic for about 48 hours and then come back after two weeks.
  • Requirements: You need to be 18-50 years old and agree to use birth control.
  • Restrictions: You cannot have certain health issues or past surgeries that might affect the study.

It's important to report any side effects and how much pain relief you feel during the study. This helps doctors understand more about the drug's effects and safety.
